Utility Company Information

All of our apartments include water, sewer and trash. Our apartments on Waterman Blvd. and at 6408-16 Oakland Ave. also include both gas and electric. The apartments at 1038-1042 McCausland include gas but not electric.

For our other units, you must establish both gas and electric in your name prior to moving in–otherwise they will be turned off. For your convenience, we’ve included links on the right to Ameren Electric and Spire Gas, as well as Charter Communications and AT&T.

Please remember to have Spire Gas give our office a courtesy call prior to arriving for your turn-on. That way we can meet them and give them access to the meters. The appointment must be scheduled during our business hours from 10 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Please note we do not allow satellite dishes to be attached to our buildings.
